Meet the Founder

I’m Cody Morrison, founder of Interactivate Systems, where I design instructional experiences that combine learning strategy, interactivity, and media to support real-world performance. With over 20 years of experience across education, media, and audio production, I bridge strategy and execution from concept through delivery.
About Interactivate Systems
Interactivate Systems was created to address a persistent gap in workplace training.

Most programs are designed to satisfy requirements, not prepare people for real decisions. When training is treated as a checkbox, employees disengage — and organizations are left exposed when judgment matters most.

Interactivate Systems designs modern, scenario-based training that reflects how issues actually arise at work. The focus is not memorization, but decision-making: giving learners realistic context, meaningful choices, and clear consequences.

The result is training employees take seriously — and organizations can confidently stand behind.
Our
Design Philosophy
Interactivate Systems is grounded in:
-
Adult learning principles
-
Scenario-based instructional design
-
Realistic workplace complexity

We design training with the understanding that most workplace failures rarely come from a lack of information — they come from decisions made under pressure, ambiguity, and social dynamics.
That belief guides every design choice we make.
